101 year old well established commercial/architectural millwork manufacturer is looking to hire a full-time detailer/drafter. Will be required to maintain Microvellum libraries, prepare shop-drawings and submittals, conduct field visits for site conditions, prepare production tickets, programs, labels, cut-lists, material requisitions, and update red-line drawings. Will work and assist project managers as needed.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of engineering over-write software (Microvellum is a plus).
Knowledge of construction and production methods.
Knowledge of AWI standards.
Ability to work unsupervised and make quick corrections once potential problems are identified.
Work and relay information in a team structured environment.
