This position is responsible for the scope of work contained in contracts from General Contractors. This could include coordination with multiple departments and the General Contractor. Work history in commercial finish carpentry/casework. Familiarity dealing with general contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Experience reading blueprints. Execllent Excel and math skills. Good communication skills.
+/- 10 years experience (flexible). We would like the candidate to start as soon as possible. Being familiar with Quick Bid or On Screen Take-off a plus. Ability to travel to job sites; however, this not a daily requirement and usually in the local area. Occassional out of town trips might be necessary.
