Analyze job requirements, provide detailed project schedules with critical milestones
Communicate directly with contractors, architects, vendors and subcontractors
Take and/or coordinate field measurements.
Work with our internal engineering team to prepare detailed and comprehensive shop drawings
Manage changes in drawings and additions in order to create a clearly defined path of construction for shop
Help in the purchase of specialty material such as glass, veneer, and solid surfaces
Attend subcontractor meetings as required.
Monitor and ensure production and control quality from fabrication through delivery
Handle onsite coordination with contractors and subcontractors Formulate Requests for Information (RFI) and negotiate change orders
Monitor and communicate project budgets
Maintain material delivery status
Review and approve billing requests
Ensure adherence to contract specifications
Coordinate timelines and follow up to ensure goals are met or exceeded
Keen eye for detail
Ability to drive projects on time, on budget, and with the standard of quality required by Company
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
5+ years of experience in architectural millwork or high-end construction project management. Focus on high-end, highly detailed work very important.
Some familiarity with AutoCAD and Inventor desirable
Experience with ProjectPak and/or ShopPak desirable
Highly skilled in Microsoft Windows applications including Excel, Word, etc.
Experience in CNC programming highly desirable
