Job Description
The Finish Manger will be responsible for matching samples provided by clients, creating new product color and textures, developing formulas that can be matched in production, overseeing plant application of finishes during production, and keeping detailed records of the above. The Finish Manager will work with hand applied dyes mixed from powders, pigments, chemical stains, in multiple coats to produce deep one of a kind colors. Finish applications will be applied by hand and include wax, tong oils, hard wax oils, European oils, and urethanes. This manager shall be responsible for the overall sample and finish departments.
Eligibility Requirement
The right candidate will have a verifiable background of color matching, creating quality wood samples, and working with higher end hand finishes. Being dependable and a team player is critical.
