Job Description
Field Service Technician working under directive of warranty/installation manager and assigned sales representatives to complete cabinet installations and customer sign offs.
- Repair and touch up cabinetry
- Adjustment of doors, drawer fronts and drawers
- Installation and adjustment of cabinet hardware
- Periodic assistance in cabinet installations
- Installation of molding, crown, base shoe, scribe
- Sink cut out
- Vent box installations
- May operate forklift, pallet jack and/or hand truck
- Other duties as assigned by management
- General customer service activities, follow-up, problem resolution, warrantee
- Must have own reliable transportation and communication resources. Company provides $40.00 monthly cell stipend
- Must have own tools. List of required tools will be provided
- Mileage paid for travel between jobs
- Pay is hourly from arrival at first job site to departure from last job site
- Company provides all supplies and materials
Eligibility Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED; or 6 months OJT experience/training/or equivalent of both
- Experience working in high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing products, materials and equipment
- Good communication skills

Salary Range | Senior tech with 2 or more years knowledge 19-22 hourly commensurate, less than 2 years experience 16-18 hourly commensurate, no experience will start in shop at 14-16 hourly. |
