Job Description

Create casework and millwork construction standards for CNC fabrication

Develop programs for solid wood parts (some complex)

Participate in the ordering of tooling and other related items required for a startup 5-axis router operation

Operate 5-Axis CNC

Program 3-Axis and 5-Axis CNC routers

Train CNC operators and programmers

Eligibility Requirements

Ability to read and understand blueprints and work order specifications

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Troubleshoot programming and machine problems as they arise

Adjust machine cutting paths and/or settings to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality

3D modeling software a big plus

Knowledge of tooling mechanics

College or technical school degree in CNC Programming or equivalent work experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation in casework and millwork
