Job Description
Established Commercial Millwork manufacturer looking for an Estimator to add to our team.
Eligibility Requirement
- Experience or ability to learn and use BlueBeam
- Experience or ability to learn Project PAK (Estimating software)
- Experience in comprehending and application of Architectural Specifications to projects
- Proficient in completing takeoffs, RFPs and proposals on time
- Able to maintain relationships with General Contractors during bid and after bid for follow up information
- Review specifications for information relevant to pricing and management of projects
- Price jobs according to established standards
- Adjust material and labor costing as necessary based on current project or feedback from manufacturing
