Commercial millwork company is seeking a leader to ensure the continued success of the company for the next generation. Provide leadership, management, and vision. Ensure that the company has the proper strategy, well-defined operational processes and controls, and administrative and reporting procedures in place to effectively operate and grow the business with focus on quality, financial strength and operational efficiency. Accomplish this through relationship building, solid work ethic, constructive and energetic approach to the business and team.
Eligibility Requirements
Maintain a corporate culture based upon integrity, commitment to quality, and ethical business practices.
Develop, implement, and measure long-term strategic goals
Provide overall leadership and management of the business and its key functions, including estimating and pre-construction, shop operations, field operations, finance, and accounting.
Support, oversee, promote, and ensure succession planning for the leadership team.
Drive current business and identify growth targets for the future
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
Promote a positive, success minded team.
A minimum of 5-10 years of leadership experience in commercial millwork or related field
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, construction, business, or related field
