3006 Engineer of Commercial/Architectural Millwork

Job Description

Interpret design drawings to create drawings for the shop, program code for the CNC machine, and procure material for the project. Collaborate with Construction Managers and other team members  to ensure the project is being built and installed to specifications.  Drive value through accountability, efficiency, cost-control, and quality.

Ability to operate a forklift is a plus to receive materials, like lumber, delivered by truck.

Responsible for punch list coordination between appropriate stakeholders.

Able to accurately input and track scope, schedule, and costs and other financial reporting requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

Proficient in AutoCAD, Router Sim, and Cabinet Vision (bonus)

Possess understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork

Flexible in response to changes or new obstacles on a project

Excellent consultative and conflict resolution skills
