3032 Senior Estimator Commercial Millwork

Job Description:
Manage all estimating resources, communicate information to operational departments, continually improves and documents estimating procedures.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Oversee All Estimator Bid Package Submittals
Manage all Updates in Project PAK & Develop Reporting for all Departments
Manage all Day to Day Estimating Team Procedures
Ensure all Estimating Deliverables are Followed & Executed as Required
Maintain & Develop Estimating Procedures & Guidelines
Oversee Review of All Awarded Contract Documents & Reporting to VP
Ensure Proper Transfer of all Project PAK/Shop PAK Information to Operations
Training of all Estimators with Regards to Estimating Systems & Processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Position requires supervisory of all Estimators and Assist Estimators.

Eligibility Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 10 years of AWI architectural millwork or construction estimating work experience
Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
Project PAK Estimating Software, Plan-Swift or On-Screen Takeoff.
Knowledge of AWI, QCP, and LEED Standards.
Knowledge of wood working, stone/solid surface, ornamental metal, seating, glazing, and interior construction manufacturing principals.

Preferred Education:

4-year bachelor’s degree
LEED AP
