Job Description

Responsible for all aspects of project planning and implementation from hand off to completion.

Coordinate construction deadlines with engineering and production manager to meet project

deadlines. Maintain schedule of values, change orders and progressive billings.

Review project contracts with estimating team while tracking budgeted project costs.

Develops, communicates and monitors project schedules including deliveries thru use of online project management software and assist with implementation of PM software.

Monitor deadlines and status in real time to insure situational awareness.

Collaborates with engineering for material procurement using drawings and /or submittals that

include:

Punch list completion.

Follow up evaluations and project closure.

Field measurements or field condition evaluations.

Project schedule, timetables, and modifications to project scope and change orders.

Manage all project subcontractors and installers, processes performance evaluations and feedback supporting

business standards, quality, and reputation.

Communicates project details with accounting for progress billing, supports receivables collections, final billing and

project closure and analysis.

Assist with production and or installation tasks in order to better understand back end operations and capabilities.

Manage special projects as directed by the Management.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be able to read architectural blueprints and approval drawings.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related business focus preferred.

5-7 years project management experience in commercial construction / custom millwork preferred.

Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and related communication software, experience in Autocad is a

plus.

Strong organizational skills and communication skills

Detail oriented

Excellent problem solving skills

Be able to manage your own time wisely.

Obtain project information from the GC, Architect or other Clientele involved

Maintain a good relationship with staff and customers

Represent the Company well at jobsite progress meetings
