Minimum 5 years experience.
Some remote work is okay but I would expect this person to physically work from our Design Center at least 2-3 days per week. That flexibility would have some relation to their comp plan (commission vs base + commission).
Focus is label-line window sales, mostly Residential new construction with some Commercial opportunities as well.
This would be 1 of 3 sales positions in that office that is generating $7MM – $8MM in sales per year.
We have an established group of customers (builders and contractors) in our territory, 90% of which is in the Triangle area of NC (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill). This position would be replacing someone who is leaving the company at the end of the year.
- Open to base + commission or full commission, I have different models in place. Someone with related sales experience should expect to earn between $125k – $250k per year. Top performers earn more than that. I have flexibility on pay structure based on experience of candidate in this market.

Our clients are on the higher end/custom project side of the market, not a vinyl window market. Role includes meeting with builder/home owner/architect to determine best fit. Quote package and follow up.
Once order is placed, coordinate deliveries and installation with our Office Manager.
