3050 Production Manager (Residential/Commercial Casework and Millwork)

Job Description:

Lead our casework/architectural millwork manufacturing operation.  Responsible for project profitability and overall division profitability.  Represent the company in professional/industry/community organizations and participate in senior management planning/strategy meetings.

Eligibility Requirements:

Ideal candidate must have extensive experience in cabinetry/millwork manufacturing with a good understanding of general construction and blueprint reading.  Looking for strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, inspire, and foster teamwork within the division.
