3076 Project Manager of Commercial/Cabinetry Millwork

Job Description:

Manage projects from sale thru close.

Manage engineering, manufacturing, installation, and delivery.

Measure profitability during the project and after job completion.

Create change orders.

Take Field measurements.

Eligibility Requirements:

Reviewing and mark up of submittals.

Coordinate with Production Manger to achieve a timely and cost-effective product.

Installation by Sub-Contractors

Installation scheduling

Close-Out Punch list is completed.

Job Salary:

$60K to $85K (pending experience) + bonus program
