Job Description:
Provide accurate cost estimates for projects. Maintain open communication with team and utilize drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop precise estimates of project costs.
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or a combination of relevant industry experience and education.
5 years of experience in millwork, carpentry, drywall, or a similar industry.
Exceptional knowledge and expertise within the millwork industry, both in the shop and field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, interior design, and architectural drawings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as BlueBeam, is also a plus.
Job Salary:
$75K to $100K plus commision (pending experience)
