3123 Operations Manager Commercial Millwork

Job Description:

Will have direct responsibility over the estimating staff, engineering department, and all project managers, including general management.  Responsibilities include oversight of the bidding activity, participation with estimators and sales staff on bid follow-up, scheduling of work forwarded to manufacturing, and oversight of all project work.  Also responsible for project profitability and overall division profitability.  Will also represent the company in professional/industry/community organizations and participate in senior management planning/strategy meetings.

This position will be a management focused role with an intense focus on using technology to help improve overall operations.

Eligibility Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have in-depth experience and knowledge of the different areas of commercial millwork industry with a keen focus on technology / engineering.

Knowledge of Microvellum or related software a bonus

Must have excellent organization and communication skills.

Job Salary:

$125K – $150K (pending experience)
