Job Description
Well established manufacturer of high end residential and commercial millwork seeks a project manager.
-analyze job requirements, define scope, determine resource requirements, and establish production schedule and deadlines.
-Communicate directly with contractors, architects, vendors and subcontractors in a professional manner.
Take field measurements if necessary.
Prepare and work with others to prepare detailed and comprehensive shop drawings.
-Work within a team to review job requirements, manage changes in drawings and additions to clearly define path of construction.
-Purchase specialty materials.
-Request and submit submittals for samples in conjunction with engineering.
-Coordinate production and control quality.
-attend subcontractor meetings and prepare documentation.
-Handle onsite coordination with contractors and subs.
-Formulate RFI's and negotiate change orders.
-Monitor and communicate project budgets.
-Maintain material deliveries.
-Review and approve billing.
-Ensure adherence to contract specifications.
-Coordinate timelines and follow-up to ensure goals are met.
Eligibility Requirement
5+ years’ experience in architectural millwork project management field. Emphasis with high end residential is a plus.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and manage effectively.
-Thorough knowledge and understanding of blueprints and drawings.

Work with clients to accurately estimate projects in a clear, timely and efficient manner to be handed off to project management once awarded.
Manage calls, and emails from clients, vendors or team members to ensure all issues are handled and properly addressed with all pertaining personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all take-offs are completed in a timely manner with a degree of accuracy, scope, cost and reflect the unique needs of each client.
Track and record all labor units with total project coverage based on historical data, overall quantity, and level of difficulty.
Ensure material pricing is kept current and input correctly, while keeping vendors competitive by requiring multiple quotes from competing companies.
Ensure bids are set-up and kept ready to submit before review. Paying attention to ensure they are professionally presented in a conversational way.
Ensure change orders, and red-line revisions are handled quickly and recorded thoroughly.
Make sure handoffs are completed and that information is complete and recorded so project management can reference at any given time.
Eligibility Requirement
Ability to organize, sort and stay on top of incoming information.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Custom Doors/Window, millwork and related hardware, items and terms.
Excellent blueprint and architectural drawings acumen.
Knowledge of material vendor and materials used.

Seeking individuals with a background in computer-based architectural drafting to facilitate the preparation of detailed shop drawings for use by our production floor. Position responsibilities include:
o Produce timely and accurate detailed shop drawings from architectural drawings while understanding shop construction techniques.
o Work within a multi-functional team to review job requirements, manage changes in drawings and additions in order to create a clearly defined path of construction for shop.
o Perform field measuring assistance as needed.

Leader of engineering department for Architectural Millwork. Responsible for all aspects of engineering including submittals, materials cut billing/takeoff, production engineering/machine programming. Supervisory accountability for department of currently 5 people - likely to expand to 8 or more in next year. Task scheduling, coordination with Project Management, Purchasing, Production Management on all aspects of engineering tasks.
Eligibility Requirement
Minimum 15 years experience in custom commercial architectural millwork. Must have significant hands-on production and/or installation experience. Needs complete familiarity with AWI standards. In depth experience with all types of custom millwork products and materials. Microvellum proficiency an absolute must. Responsible for meeting with customers, decorators, and contractors to help design custom cabinets and countertops to meet all their needs of form and function. As a Designer, you will manage the project from start to finish including showroom consultations, on-site measures, estimating, AutoCad layout and design, working with the drafting team to create accurate drawings, ordering materials, and follow project through production to installation. Job Description
Coordinate and schedule daily production requirements while maintaining consistently high-quality product standards, both in the spray booth and spray line operations
Take a lead role and/or assist in prepping, priming, painting and/or staining a wide range of projects
Organize and oversee necessary manpower and procedures to achieve daily and long-term production goals.
Assure ample inventory of paints, stains, and finish room and ensure finish materials are available to meet on-time metrics
Lead effort to developing and implementing procedures to increase work flow
Create standard samples and procedures for checking color on each job – develop finish samples and process for tracking such
Ensure production quality by constantly checking finishing output
Assist estimators in developing finishing estimates
Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules on finishing equipment
Maintain OSHA and DEQ records and ensure that proper safety procedures are followed by all personnel.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum of five years’ experience in wood finish processes, including mixing, color matching, staining, spraying, high gloss, etc.
Understanding of proper sanding and finishing techniques
Quality orientation with an eye for detail,
